Young boy struck by vehicle in Firestone Park July 11 has died
The young boy who was struck by a vehicle while riding his bike in Firestone Park on July 11 has died, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office. Kingston Solomon, 7, passed away the next day, July 12, at Akron Children's Hospital at 2:35 p.m. His death was from blunt force trauma to the head and was ruled an accident, Gary Guenther of the medical examiner's office said.

Team Colorado has been a mainstay in the alum-based basketball tournament since its 2nd year (Marcus Hall was dope) and they have retooled under head coach Zach Ruebesam and expanded their umbrella to the Colorado natives that wanted to play as well. Homicide victim identified in stabbing on E. Cheyenne Road
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - On Friday, July 12, the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) responded to a stabbing near an apartment complex on E. Cheyenne Rd. When officers arrived they located a man with at least one stab wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Colorado sheriff’s office seizes 39 birds in illegal cockfighting operation
Adams County Sheriff’s Department deputies on Friday seized dozens of birds being trained for an illegal cockfighting operation. The property owner of where the animals were found was arrested on felony animal cruelty charges, according to the sheriff's office. The smoke is coming into Colorado from wildfires burning in the Pacific Northwest and even Canada. This will impact the air quality dramatically as an Action Day for Multiple Pollutants will be in effect until at least 4 p.m. Tuesday for much of the Front Range.
