HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The city of Henderson has appointed a new deputy city clerk.

Officials say Henderson native Jessa Brandon has been appointed by the city of Henderson for this role. Brandon is a graduate of Henderson County High School and Murray State University where she earned a degree in business administration. She most recently worked for the City’s Code Enforcement team as an office assistant and the Henderson City-County Planning Commission as an account technician. In her role as account technician, Brandon handled all financial and HR matters for the Henderson City-County Planning Commission.

City officials say Brandon, who resides in Henderson with her two daughters, Evie and Flora, will begin her employment as Deputy City Clerk on August 5.
