    UPDATE: Two missing people located in Kentucky

    Update: Henderson Police have confirmed the Horners have been found in Kuttawa, Kentucky, and they are safe.


    HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Officials with Henderson Emergency Management have issued a golden alert for two people who were last seen on July 25.

    According to a post, 86-year-old Ronald Horner and 79-year-old Mary Jane Horner were last seen at the On The Fly gas station at Second Street and north Green Street at 5:48 p.m. on Thursday. They were reportedly traveling together in a red 2018 Toyota Prius with a Tennessee license plate number PD72121.

    Ronald was last seen wearing a USS Taledega ball cap, orange shorts and a purple Relay for Life shirt. Mary Jane Horner was last seen wearing turquoise pants and a light-colored floral top.

    Officials say they may be heading to their home in Springville. According to the post, the Horners may appear confused.

    Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact 911 or the Henderson 911 Communications Center at 270-827-8700.
