    Arrest made in shooting at Henderson park

    Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – a 19-year-old Henderson man has been arrested for firing a gun in a local park over the weekend.

    Henderson Police announced Robert Berry’s arrest on Wednesday. They say Berry was part of a group that got into a dispute with another group at Mission Hills Park on the night of May 21st, which eventually led to shots being fired.

    No one was hurt, but HPD said there was some property damage, and a car was struck.

    In total Berry faces 7 counts in relation to the shooting. Berry was booked into the Henderson Detention Center.

    Henderson Police are asking anyone with information in this case is urged to call the Henderson Police Department at 702-267-4911, 3-1-1, or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or visit Crime Stoppers website. Tips directly leading to a felony arrest, or an indictment processed through Crime Stoppers, may result in a cash reward.
