Henrico Police seek person of interest in connection with March double-homicide

The Henrico County Police Division has identified a person of interest in connection with a double-homicide that occurred in March.

Xavier Perkins, 36, is wanted in connection with the March 29 shootings inside a business in the 900 block of Nine Mile Road and also is wanted by Richmond Police on unrelated charges. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The victims in the March 29 shootings – Jemarlo Tisdale, 31, of Richmond and Rufus Witcher, 36, of Henrico – were not related to each other, police said.
