    Henry Couny grand jury returns indictments against 14 persons

    NAPOLEON — A Henry County grand jury has returned indictments against 14 persons, according to Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers’ office.

    Indicted were:

    • Adam Couts, 50, Napoleon, for three counts of rape, each a first-degree felony; and three counts of sexual battery, each a third-degree felony.

    • James Thomas, 44, Bryan, for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a first-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

    • Daniel Ganske, 40, Napoleon, for improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or a school safety zone, a second-degree felony; and assault, aggravated menacing and using weapons while intoxicated, each a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Jason Shank, 43, Liberty Center, for burglary, a second-degree felony; strangulation, a third-degree felony; and disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Alicia Sutton, 28, Wauseon, for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a first-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

    • Tabatha Vogelsong, 33, Napoleon, for endangering children, a second-degree felony.

    • Kenneth Walker, 40, Toledo, for burglary, a second-degree felony; grand theft when property is a firearm or dangerous ordinance, a third-degree felony; theft, a fifth-degree felony; and misuse of credit cards, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Collin Bishop, 35, Napoleon, for inducing panic, a third-degree felony; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor; and telecommunications harassment, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Derek Heckler, 23, Napoleon, for extortion and three counts of sexual battery, each a third-degree felony; trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony; obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony; and violating a protection order, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Julian Hinojosa, 28, Holgate, for disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony; and domestic violence, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

    • Evan Komorny, 25, 15277 County Road 169, Defiance, for improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; using weapons while intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor; and two counts of OVI, each a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Sarah Dunning, 34, Oakwood, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Thomas Murdock, 40, Columbus, for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Charles Schrom, Jr., 36, Pioneer, for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.
