Nebraska to host class of 2026 offensive lineman at the end of the month
The Nebraska Cornhuskers are preparing to host a class of 2026 offensive linemen at the end of the month. Hudson Parliament is a 6-foot-4, 285-pound prospect from Brandon Valley High School in Brandon, SD. Parliament made headlines earlier this month with his performance at Nebraska’s Friday Night Lights camp. That performance earned him a scholarship offer from the Cornhuskers. He has been a popular name on the recruiting trail with offers this offseason from Iowa, Iowa State, and Minnesota. Nebraska’s class of 2026 still holds no commitments, but a flurry of recent offers hopes to change that. #GBR 🌽 🙏 pic.twitter.com/hgCDaAiUcq — Hudson Parliament (@Hud_Parliament) June 28, 2024 Contact/Follow us @CornhuskersWire on X, and like our page on Facebook to follow ongoing coverage of Nebraska news, notes, and opinions.

David’s Evening Forecast - Summer heat and humidity returning this week
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Partly sunny skies this afternoon helped temperatures to warm back into the low 80s for most of the area, a little warmer than what we saw yesterday. Clouds bubbled up in the warmth of the afternoon, however most of the area did stay dry. A few isolated showers popped up in parts of western Iowa, but those showers should fade away by 7pm as we start to cool off. Temperatures will drop back into the 70s after sunset, and we should see temperatures in the 60s once again overnight. Just like we saw early on Sunday, some patchy fog is likely late tonight and early on Monday.
