MANITOWOC – Jason Prigge will be returning to WOMT Radio to continue airing the Thursday show After Further Review.

Seehafer News announced Jason's return Aug. 15. Jason and Tina Prigge are the regular hosts of the show, but had to stop after they both suffered severe injuries in a devastating motorcycle crash in July. Previous show host John Jagemann has been filling in for the pair while they recover.

Seehafer News also said Tina remains at a rehab center in Green Bay as she recovers from losing two limbs on her left side from the crash.

Jason and Tina were severely injured in a motorcycle crash July 6 when a vehicle swerved into the lane where the two were riding. The crash happened near the town of Cecil in Shawano County while the couple were on their way to a vacation in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

In addition to being hosts on WOMT's After Further Review on Thursday mornings, Tina and Jason are well known for running Coolest Coast , a media effort to promote Wisconsin coastal cities, and Vagabond Creative Studio . They also donate their time to a myriad of local organizations like Grow It Forward and the Manitowoc Public Library . Both are self-employed.

In an update on his Facebook page, Jason said he and Tina were celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary Aug. 14.

"It's not what we planned (we had a trip to the Redwoods scheduled) but it is still our day, even if we have to celebrate it in a hospital," Jason wrote. "Life has thrown us into a tailspin lately, but we remain steady and I still choose you."

Shawano woman charged with multiple felonies

Kaitlynn F. Cress, a 29-year-old Shawano woman, is facing five felony charges after she crossed the center lane and crashed into Jason and Tina as they drove motorcycles July 6. Cress was uninjured in the crash.

Cress has been charged with two counts of reckless driving-cause great bodily harm, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.

According to a criminal complaint, Cress was driving a truck northbound on County Trunk R after spending time with friends on the river for her birthday. Two witnesses driving behind Cress told officers the truck was "all over the road" before she crashed into Jason and Tina.

The same witnesses told officers Cress had been drinking prior to driving. However, the preliminary breath test administered to Cress showed low blood alcohol content, and the officer did not notice any physical signs of impairment, the complaint said.

Cress was given a $12,000 cash bail, which was posted July 19. Conditions of her bail are to have no contact with Jason and Tina and to maintain absolute sobriety. Her case is set for a preliminary hearing Oct. 7 at the Shawano County Courthouse.
