Alexandra Kay Biography: Growing up about 40 minutes from St. Louis, Missouri, in Waterloo, Illinois, Alexandra began writing songs at the age of 15 as a way to cope with being a teenager, her first loves, and finding herself. She also worked in the entertainment business from a young age, booking commercials and voice-over work. Alexandra’s journey led her to American Idol in 2011, where she competed as a contestant. Later, she ventured into hip-hop and R&B, collaborating with notable artists like Nelly and Huey. Her first single, “No More,” became a radio hit, topping charts in various genres. Now, Alexandra Kay is making waves in the country music scene, captivating audiences with her talent and genuine performances1.
