Man motions to withdraw guilty manslaughter plea
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Craig Returns From Scout, 29, wrote to Seventh Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey Connolly asking to withdraw his guilty plea for first-degree manslaughter. Returns From Scout was charged with kicking and stomping a man to death in Rapid City last September. He originally pleaded not guilty but changed his plea on June 26.
