24-year-old man shot inside car in Wahpeton parking lot
WAHPETON, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A 24-year old man is hurt after being shot inside a car in the parking lot at Minn-Dakota Farmers Cooperative in Wahpeton. According to a news release, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office was called at 12:23 PM to St. Francis Hospital in Breckenridge.
