HERRICK TOWNSHIP, Pa. ( WETM ) — Bradford County residents can expect even more roadwork this week.

Rummerfield Creek Road (Route 1021) in Herrick Township will be closed between its intersections with Herrickville Road (Route 1017) and Goose Hill Road (T-483) on Thursday, July 11, and Friday, July 12, while a PennDOT crew replaces a deteriorating pipe. This project is expected to take two days, but the weather could cause it to take longer.

Overnight roadwork set to begin in Bradford County

A detour using Route 6, Route 409, and Herrickville Road in Herrick, Standing Stone, and Wyalusing townships will be in place while the road is closed.

PennDOT is advising motorists who travel through this area to remain alert, slow down, and expect travel delays.
