Crimewatch; Hertford man charged with B&E assault on female

Marvin Woodard, of the 400 block of Dobbs St., Hertford, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with breaking and entering and assault on a female. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

Nickuia Kee, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with second-degree trespassing. A $200 unsecured bond was set.

Tyjaleik Foreman, of the 200 block of Center Hill Road, Tyner, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with felony speeding to elude arrest. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Saleem Royster, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons Jan. 14 for a charge of assault on a female.

Troy Jackson, of the 500 block of Bagley Swamp Road, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons Jan. 14 for charges of assault on a female and battery of an unborn child.

Brian Smith, of the 100 block of Evergreen Drive, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with failure to appear in court as required for failing to pay child support. A $2,000 bond was set.

Chanta Jordan, of the 400 block of White St., Winfall, was issued a criminal summons Jan. 17 for a charge of failure to return rental property.

Timothy Owens, of the 100 block of Flyway Drive, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with felony possession of cocaine. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Kenan White, of the 100 block of Winfall Blvd., Hertford, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance, possession of schedule IV of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

Christopher Boyce, of the 1300 block of Snug Harbor Road, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $7,000 secured bond was set.

Devon Lee, of the 200 block of Meads Circle, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Arnold Haislip, of the 100 block of Meads Road, Shawboro, was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with possession of schedule II of a controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Peyton Rogers, of the 300 block of Washington St., Apt. 4, Suffolk, Virginia, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with financial card theft and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Faith Forbes, of the 400 block of Muddy Creek Road, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with three counts of a domestic violence protective order violation. She was detained at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour hold.

Chavaris Blount, of the 700 block of Cardwell St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with communicating threats and injury to real property. He was detained at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

Sean Revels, of the 100 block of Shady Lane, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer and communicating threats. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Larry Hunter, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Road, Hertford, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with obstruction of justice. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
