    Crimewatch: Hertford man charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation

    Quentin Warren, of the 700 block of Adam St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $250 secured bond was set.

    Shamon Griffin, of the 300 block of Dobbs St., Hertford, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $250 secured bond was set.

    JVaughan Griffin, of the 500 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Ave., Edenton, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged on Chowan County warrants with discharging a firearms in city limits, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a weapon by a felon. No bond was set.

    Alfonso Snowden, homeless, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and resisting obstructing and delaying an officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

    Anthony Perry, of the 100 block of Clubhouse Road, Hertford, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with 10 counts of third degree sexual exploitation, felony possession of heroin, felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $316,000 secured bond.
