    Crimewatch: Perquimans man faces 3 counts of sex exploitation of a minor

    Anthony Perry, of the 100 block of Clubhouse Road, Hertford, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with 10 counts of third degree sexual exploitation, felony possession of heroin, felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $316,000 secured bond.

    James Herba, of the 100 block of Clipper Drive, Hertford, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $5,750 secured bond was set.

    Rodney Guynn, of the 100 block of Bethel Fishing Center Road, Hertford, was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

    Nicolas Morgan, of the 110 block of Bethel Fishing Center Road, Hertford, was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

    Jessica Dorsey, of the 900 block of 3rd St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

    Alfredo Reyes, of the 400 block of King St., Hertford, was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

    Shaneese Johnson, of the 110 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons March 3 for a charge of violating the school attendance law.

    Kevin Lassiter, of the 200 block of Poplar Neck Road, Hertford, was arrested March 6 and charged with three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He remained confined in lieu of a $60,000 secured bond.

    Jarod Prayer, of the 100 block of Swaynes Lane, Hertford, was arrested March 7 and charged with second-degree trespassing. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

    Talia Saunders, of the 100 block of Swaynes Lane, Hertford, was arrested March 7 and charged with second-degree trespassing. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

    Jarmon Overton, of the 200 block of Bay Branch Road, Hertford, was arrested March 7 and charged with simple assault. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
