    Crimewatch: Perquimans Sheriff makes arrests for FTA, assault

    Jasmine Bowser, of the 120 block of Wynne Fork Road, Hertford, was arrested April 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

    James Proctor, of the 700 block of Davenport Lane, Edenton, was arrested April 26 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

    Travis Shaner, of the 200 block of Sunset Drive, Hertford, was arrested April 28 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

    Matthew Herba, of the 130 block of Spindrift Trail, Hertford, was arrested April 30 and charged with three counts of failing to appear in court as required. A $5,500 secured bond was set.

    Rebecchia Slade, of the 1000 block of County Line Road, Belvidere, was arrested May 1 and charged with failure to appear in court for charges of driving while license revoked and speeding. A $250 secured bond was set.

    Kenneth Ferebee, of the 300 block of Church St., Hertford, was arrested May 2 and charged with breaking and entering and second-degree trespass. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.

    Matthew Milot, of the 420 block of Jefferson St., Plymouth, was arrested May 2 and charged with being a habitual felon. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.

    Peyton Rodgers, of the 300 block of W. Washington St., Suffolk, Virginia, was arrested May 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

    Destinee Thatch, of the 300 block of King St., Hertford, was arrested May 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required for speeding, driving while license revoked and failure to secure a passenger under age 16. A $200 unsecured bond was set.

    Cashzery Coccaro, of the 100 block of Red Banks Road, Hertford, was arrested May 7 and charged with failure to appear in court for an unspecified charge. A $500 secured bond was set.

    Milton Elliott, of the 600 block of Pennsylvania Ave., Hertford, was arrested May 8 and charged with resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer and misdemeanor larceny. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

    Jessica Prince, of the 130 block of Bethel Fishing Center Road, Hertford, was arrested May 8 and charged with communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon and second-degree trespass. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

    Sytez Warren, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested May 8 and charged with assault and battery. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

    Brittany Cooper, of the 2200 block of New Hope Road, Hertford, was arrested May 8 and charged with two counts of resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer. She was also charged with two counts of violating probation, failure to appear in court in Chowan for a charge of driving while license revoked and failure to appear in Perquimans for an unspecified charge. A total $108,000 secured bond was set.

    Todd Reese, of the 1000 block of Buchanan St., Moberly, Missouri, was arrested May 10 and charged with making harassing phone calls. A $250 unsecured bond was set.

    Ivan Morphis, of the 200 block of King St., Hertford, was arrested May 12 and charged with disorderly conduct. A $200 unsecured bond was set.

    Jonathan Faison, of the 1000 block of Snug Harbor Road, Hertford, was arrested May 12 and charged with two counts assault with a deadly weapon, resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer, going to the terror of the people and being drunk and disruptive in public. A $12,000 secured bond was set.

    Richard Mills, of the 130 block of Oak Ridge Road, Hertford, was arrested May 13 and charged with with reckless driving to endanger, hit and run leaving the scene, and an unsafe lane change. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

    John White, of the 160 block of Explorer Arch, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons May 14 for a charge of simple assault.

    Devin Teleky, of the 140 block of Long Lane, Edenton, was arrested May 14 and charged with being an accessory after the fact to a felony. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

    Gabriel Sample, of the 300 block of River Front Drive, Hertford, was arrested May 14 and charged with resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer, assault on a government official, consuming alcohol while under age 21. A $300 secured bond was set.

    Amanda Patterson, of the 100 block of Cork St., Bethel, was arrested May 15 and charged with two counts of probation violations and defrauding a drug/alcohol test. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

    Sha-Rabia White, of the 1000 block of Walker Ave., Apt. 600C, Elizabeth City, was arrested May 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $250 other bond was set.

    Shaneese Johnson, of the 100 block of Wynne Fork Court, Hertford, was arrested May 15 and charged with damage to personal property. She was detained at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour hold.

    Lashorn Boone, of the 90 block of Chautauqua Ave., Portsmouth, Virginia, was arrested May 17 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

    Tyzavion Kee, of the 300 block of Stokes St., Hertford, was arrested May 17 and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, felony possession of stolen goods, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, second-degree kidnapping and assault by pointing a gun. A $77,000 secured bond was set.

    Matthew Herba, of the 130 block of Spindrift Lane, Hertford, was arrested May 17 and charged with breaking and entering and possession of stolen property. A $50,000 secured bond was set.

    Rachel Kubiak, of the 130 block of Wildwood Road, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons May 19 for a charge of misdemeanor larceny.

    Lisa Burrows, of the 700 block of Pennsylvania Ave., Hertford, was arrested May 20 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

    Jessica Prince, of the 130 block of Bethel Fishing Center Road, was arrested May 21 and charged with damage to personal property and assault on a minor child. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

    John Cartier, of the 700 block of Gaston Drive, Hertford, was arrested May 23 and charged with assault on a female. He was detained at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold. He was also arrested May 25 and charged with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

    Beth Johnson, address not given, was issued a criminal summons May 23 for a charge of simple assault.

    Bradley Gilliand, of the 100 block of Discovery Court, Hertford, was arrested May 23 and charged on a fugitive warrant for probation violation. A $250,000 secure bond was set.

    Marlin Ruse, of the 700 block of S. Church St., Hertford, was arrested May 26 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

    Asia White, of the 230 block of Sandy Cross Road, Hertford, was arrested May 27 and charged with simple assault. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

    Glory White, of the 1300 block of Belvidere Road, Belvidere, was issued a criminal summons May 27 for a charge of simple assault.

    Kristy Melton, of the 600 block of Gliden Road, Belvidere, was arrested May 27 and charged with simple assault. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

    Richard Melton, of the 130 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons May 28 for a charge of making harassing phone calls.

    Lance White, of the 100 block of Dobbs St., Apartment 1, Hertford, was arrested May 29 and charged with misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

    Johnathan Fisher, of the 200 block of Great Hope Church Road, Hertford, was issued a criminal summons May 30 for a charged of littering.
