While once playing alongside Kurt Cobain in Nirvana, the passing of the singer left a massive hole in the music industry and in drummer Dave Grohl. Wanting to still share his love for music, the musician formed the group Foo Fighters. Since the release of their first album in 1995, the band recorded a total of 11 studio albums.
