UPS driver photographed skin and bones dog wandering in 104-degree heat and kind hearts came to her aid
A UPS driver had been on his route in Hidalgo County, Texas at the beginning of the week, when he spotted a skin and bones dog scavenging for food in a nearby neighborhood, who appeared to be in dire condition in the afternoon 104-degree heat. After hearing the story and looking at the photos of the emaciated and mange infected pup, a dedicated volunteer from Dallas Dog – Rescue.Rehab.Reform initiated a search with rescue partners from the Donna Animal Shelter.
