TYLER, Texas — Dr. Juan E, Mejia, the President of Tyler Junior College, has been appointed to the board of Workforce Solutions East Texas. Workforce Solutions East Texas is a community partnership serving 14 counties in East Texas, encompassing a population of close to 900,000 people, 33,000 businesses and a labor force of over 413,000, including 12 public and private institutions of higher education, according to a press release from TJC.
