Sushi Empire prides itself in restaurant-style rolls, sides and more

PIEDMONT TRIAD, N.C. (WGHP) — The Sushi Empire food truck has only been around for about a year, but in that short time, it’s already solidified itself as the spot for top-tier, restaurant-quality sushi rolls in the Triad.

Sushi Empire is back up and running after a car accident in January damaged the truck and vital equipment needed for cooking.

The menu, inspired by the owner’s time on the West Coast, features a variety of regular and spicy rolls like the Buried Treasure roll, filled generously with salmon, spicy crab and avocado wrapped in soy paper and topped with salmon, crunch, furikake, scallion, sweet sauce and spicy mayo.

Not too hungry? Grab a side of seaweed salad, gyoza or miso soup.
