CAHOKIA HEIGHTS - Eighteen area high school juniors and seniors were introduced to the fascinating world of aviation during Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC)’s inaugural Aviation Summer Sampler Camp held July 11 through July 13. During the three-day camp, they learned about all aspects of aviation through a combination of hands-on experiences, panels with students and professionals, and presentations by special guest speakers.
