Hillsboro man sentenced to prison
A Hillsboro man sentenced to two years in prison was among three people sentenced in Highland County Common Pleas Court. Zachary Harcourt, 29, was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, which was ordered to be consecutive to a second case and another 12 months in prison on one count of failure to appear, also a fourth-degree felony. Harcourt was given 184 days of jail time credit.

Hillsboro man sentenced to prison in 2 different cases
A Hillsboro man was sentenced to prison recently after pleading guilty to charges in two different cases. Zachary E. Harcourt, 29, of Hillsboro was indicted in July 2023 and charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. He was again indicted in October 2023 on one count of failure to appear, also a fourth-degree felony, in connection with the other case.

Washington CH woman gets community control in Highland County drug theft case
A Washington Court House woman was sentenced to community control recently after pleading guilty to theft of drugs in Highland County. As previously reported, Quinnesha Dixson, whose age is not listed, was indicted by a Highland County grand jury in February and charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; and theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.
Hillsboro man sentenced to prison
A Hillsboro man sentenced to nearly a year in prison was among three people sentenced in Highland County Common Pleas Court. George Dotzauer, 50, was sentenced to 10 months in prison on one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented or performance, a fifth-degree felony. Dotzauer was also given 72 days of jail time credit.
