Card or not he still could have had every opportunity to get a gun! You think him having a card stops him if anyone for that matter. Open your eyes! No one cares about the stupid card. Yall just making it harder for people that are actually aloud to carry. Making them jump through more hoops, costing more money for classes. Why can’t we be like Indy. Open carry don’t have to have stupid cards.. bet there kill rate is nothing like ours..
