Stanley County Stumbles in Opening Game Loss
The Hill City Rangers would make a statement in the first game of the season on Friday night as they would beat the Stanley County Buffaloes 48-6. The Rangers would build a 35-0 lead at halftime enabling the running clock all second half. Stanley County had to deal with several injuries in the game including quarterback Paxton Deal. Juvenile arrested for child neglect and possession of a controlled substance in Valentine
VALENTINE, Neb. - A juvenile male in Valentine has been arrested on charges of child neglect and possession of a controlled substance following a law enforcement investigation and search warrant execution. According to Police Chief Dana Miller, the Nebraska District 8 Probation Office asked the Valentine Police Department to help with a probationary search of a home in the 100 block of West B Street on Monday.
