Titled “Rivals in the Dust,” the artwork celebrates American flat track legends Scotty Parker and Jared Mees, both nine-time AMA Flat Track Champions. Watertown's Home Oasis set to expand with all-new facility

First requests a variance from the Watertown Board of Adjustment to reduce the required side yard setbacks from 20 feet to 15 feet.
