Semi driver charged after striking Ohio bridge with oversized load
MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A semi driver was charged after they drove under and struck a bridge in Ohio with an oversized load Friday. According to WOIO, citing the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), 43-year-old Deshawn Johnson of Texas was charged after he drove his semi under a bridge and struck. Per the outlet, citing the OSHP, investigators found that Johnson was driving off his ODOT approved permit for the route and didn't have a lead vehicle with height-sensing technology.
