25 Cottage Street Breaks Ground In Journal Square, Jersey City
Construction has broken ground on 25 Cottage Street, a 28-story residential building in Journal Square, Jersey City. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Nasser Freres, the approximately $300 million project is set to deliver 622 rental residences, nearly 45,000 square feet of Class A office space, and ground-floor retail upon its completion in the first quarter of 2026. The property is located between Summit Avenue and John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
Car Thieves At Large After Montclair Pursuit: Police
At 4:15 a.m., officers responded to a residence on Warren Place on a report of a burglary to motor vehicle in progress, Montclair police said.
