NJ man gets prison for violent anti-Semitic crime spree
A 29-year-old Ocean County man who targeted Orthodox Jewish men in a violent one-day rampage over two years ago has been sentenced to 40 years in prison. In February, Dion Marsh of Manchester pleaded guilty to five counts of federal hate crimes and one count of carjacking, for his hours-long spree in parts of Lakewood and Jackson, U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said.

Authorities have released the identity of a truck driver killed in an explosive crash involving a bus on Route 3 in Clifton Monday morning. Luis Santiago, 55, of Linden, died when the tractor-trailer he was driving clipped an NJ Transit bus and crashed into a barrier on Route 3 east around 11 a.m. Monday, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office. A mother and son from New Jersey have both pleaded guilty to federal charges stemming from the sale of cheap parts for military equipment to the U.S. Department of Defense. Linda Mika, 73, of Jackson, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey said in a news release. Kenneth Mika, 53, of Ewing, pleaded guilty to same charge last month.
