Jay-Z's 40/40 Club to Be Recreated for Fanatics Fest in New York City
Jay-Z’s iconic 40/40 Club is being reimagined as part of next month’s Fanatics Fest NYC. The recreation is billed in press notes as keeping in mind "the essence of the club’s signature blend of sports, luxury, and entertainment" while incorporating that unique identity into an exclusive lounge experience. The space will boast everything from framed jerseys to stadium seating, not to mention a selection of small bites and premium drink options.

Façade installation is nearing completion on 1522 First Avenue, a 30-story medical office building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
