Hinckley business fire now under investigation

HINCKLEY, Ohio (WJW) – A fire that happened at Big 3 Racing in Hinckley Friday evening is now under investigation.

According to information released by the Hinckley Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched to a fire at Big 3 Racing around 8:30 p.m. Hinckley police were already at the scene.

According to Fire Chief Jestin Grossenbaugh, nine additional departments were also called to the scene of the fire including Brunswick City, Brunswick Hills, Granger, Sharon Township, North Royalton, Richfield, Bath, Valley City and Medina City Fire Departments.

Heavy smoke and a large fire were found at the locations.

No injuries were reported and the fire is currently under investigation by the Medina County Fire Investigation Unit .

According to Grossenbaugh, the fire appears to have been accidental.
