CHINA SPRING, Texas (FOX 44) – A 14-year-old is dead after an ATV accident in China Spring. Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers responded to a crash on Whispering Oaks Drive in China Spring at approximately 6:30 p.m. Friday.
