On Thursday (August 8), REVOLT premiered a new episode of Yung Miami’s ‘ Caresha Please ’ podcast, where Miami’s best friend and fellow rapper Saucy Santana put her in the hot seat on her own show. In addition to being asked heavy questions about her relationship with former flame Diddy , born Sean Combs, Yung Miami also addressed her estranged relationship with her City Girls groupmate JT.

Miami not only revealed that she and JT are no longer in a group, but the former City Girls rapper shared what she believed to be the downfall and ultimate reason for their fallout. She explained that she learned JT was secretly working on projects without her and whenever they did get together to work on business for the group, things just weren’t as they once were. In addition to creative differences, the two ladies started building their own teams and taking side missions.

Miami also shared that because there was no longer a spark between the two, and it translated into their music, there was obviously no money being brought in by the group. Subsequently, the two decided to part ways having just outgrown each other.

Miami said, “Sh*t ain’t all good and it’s not all bad. Like, we don’t talk every day. But, it’s no beef on my end. I still look at her as family. It’s not like we’re on the phone, chatting every day, or checking in, or she’s posting my sh*t and I’m posting her sh*t. I won’t say we’re beefing…”

Miami further explained that once the two ended up airing out their issues online, things were never the same and could never be the same. She said, “I’m the type of person that if you feel some type of way we can hash this sh*t out behind closed doors. You can just call my phone, we can text each other, but once it goes to the internet I feel like you’re trying to get people to pick a side.”

In the sit-down, Yung Miami also talked about the brief feud between JT and Cardi B, which caught the City Girls alum by surprise at the time. She ultimately said it was an issue that didn’t necessarily involve her and was strictly between those two. She recalled waking up to the back and forth between the two women on X (formerly Twitter) and fans slamming her for not defending her groupmate.

Miami said, “I would never not come to her defense. But, I was literally sleeping and when I woke up and caught up on all the tweets, I realized they were arguing about ‘Super Freaky Girl (Remix).'” Miami continued to joke and say she wasn’t apart of that track nor ever contacted by the owner of the track: Nicki Minaj .
