Tamar Braxton Deletes Her Social Media Accounts After Tweets About Her Recent Breakup and “Toxic Family”

Tamar Braxton is receiving an outpouring of love and support from fans after a series of concerning tweets that highlighted her emotional struggles. Over the weekend, the singer revealed that she is once again single following her recent breakup with her on-again, off-again partner, Jeremy ‘JR’ Robinson . The separation seems to have prompted a deeper reflection on her personal life, as she shared additional tweets expressing that she is experiencing a more challenging situation than many realized.

In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), Tamar opened up about her feelings, stating, “JR means the world to me… thank God for him… my husband and my children have saved my life!!!! But I’m so mad at my life… my family is TOXIC!!! I should have NEVER gone back to BFV!! NEVER!!!” She further elaborated, saying, “Y’all I’m going through it. I’m single and sad, and this TV stuff is a lot.” In another tweet, she expressed , “Y’all have NO idea!! NONE!!! The gaslighting is CRAZY!!! And I’m going back into treatment!!!! Omg I just pray that my marriage can be saved and my life can be spared. My family is AWFUL!!!”

Her breakdown comes after the return of their reality show, ‘The Braxtons,’ on WeTV. The series follows the lives of Tamar and her iconic sisters, Toni Braxton, Trina Braxton, and Towanda Braxton, as well as their matriarch, Evelyn Braxton. Continuing from where the previous series left off, the show reunites the family amidst the recent passing of sister Traci Braxton.
