Jeannie Mai Accuses Jeezy Of Failing To Comply To Divorce Settlement Terms

Jeannie Mai is claiming Jeezy isn’t following their divorce agreement. She claims he owes her a lot of money and paperwork for two vehicles, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.

In the legal docs Jeannie says their divorce agreement requires Jeezy to pay for daycare and school expenses for their child, deposit at least $500,000 in an interest-bearing account for their child, transfer the titles of two cars, and pay four months of her rent. Jeannie claims that Jeezy has not followed through on these obligations and says he is ignoring her and leaving her in a difficult situation.

In the documents, Jeannie states that Jeezy already owes her $4,000 for tuition and childcare. She also says he hasn’t given her access to the $500,000 account he was supposed to set up for their daughter. Regarding the cars, Jeannie says their divorce agreement stated she would get a 2021 Range Rover and a 2022 Ford Bronco. However, she claims Jeezy hasn’t transferred the titles to her, which is stopping her from insuring the vehicles and delaying the shipping of the Bronco from Atlanta to Los Angeles.

Jeannie claims that the divorce agreement requires Jeezy to pay her rent from May to August. However, she says he hasn’t reimbursed her and owes $92,417.39 for almost four months of rent.

Jeannie and Jeezy finalized their divorce on June 11, and the settlement was kept private. This is the first time details of their agreement have been revealed.

Jeannie says her lawyers have tried to get Jeezy to comply with their settlement through his team, but his side stopped responding in July. Now, she is asking the court for help to enforce the agreement. She wants him held in contempt and is seeking the money he owes her, plus interest.
