Cardi B Back in the Gym Just Days After Welcoming Baby No. 3: “No Heavy Lifting, Just Straight Stair Master”

Just days after giving birth, Cardi B is already back in beast mode! The new mom of three shared an uplifting health update with her fans after welcoming her baby girl earlier this month.

In an Instagram story, the rapper posted a video of herself in the gym, stating, “Since I’m off tonight, I’m doing a late-night gym session… No heavy lifting, no weights, just straight stair master until next week when I start with @fitking_plem.” Reflecting on her recovery this time around, Cardi noted, “Remember ladies, this is my third baby… with my other two, I was still on bed rest during my first week postpartum.”

In another clip, she showcased her commitment by revealing the amount of time she’s dedicating to the stair master: “Big thirty minutes on the stair master… IT’S PERSONAL!!!!” she exclaimed.

This health update comes just a day after Cardi shared an intimate behind-the-scenes video of her delivery. As of now, she has not disclosed the name of her new bundle of joy, who she shares with Offset .

Beyond the sweet baby news, Cardi B is also in grind mode as she prepares to release her second studio album. Earlier this year, she confirmed that her album would drop this year, responding to pressure from her eager fans. “Sometimes I get a little aggressive because y’all know I don’t like to be told what to do, but I promise you it’s coming THIS YEAR. Thank you for the love and anticipation and always holding me down. I love y’all.”

Just last month, she provided another update, saying, “Album covers are taken… I just don’t know which to pick [freaked out emoji].”
