Kylie Jenner Says She Was ‘Heartbroken’ And ‘Lonely’ After Jordyn Woods Friendship Breakup

Kylie Jenner recently opened up about her falling out with Jordyn Woods .

While speaking with ELLE, Kylie Jenner, 27, revealed that she and Jordyn Woods, 27, never completely stopped communicating following Woods’ cheating incident involving Khloé Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. “I was heartbroken,” Jenner said  in the November cover story. “To lose that person felt really lonely, but I had to go through that. I learned so much, gained so much independence, and was there for myself. It helped me grow up a little bit, because we were so attached at the hip.”

Reflecting on their time apart, she mentioned that the distance was necessary for both of them. “I think that in order for us both to grow, she needed to spread her wings and do what she needed to do as well.” Nonetheless, she acknowledged that they have always made an effort to communicate about their issues, even when it seemed like their friendship was finished publicly. “Anytime something happened, good or bad, and I needed to call someone, it would always be her,” Jenner revealed.

After being seen dining together in Los Angeles in July 2023, Jenner and Woods have met up on multiple occasions, including a dinner during New York Fashion Week in September 2023 and an event at Paris Fashion Week in January.

Last month, they appeared to confirm their renewed friendship by sharing a TikTok featuring Jenner’s other close friend, Stassie Karanikolaou, lip-syncing to a scene with Kim Kardashian from The Kardashians.

“Okay guys, we’re back,” Kim said in the audio, which Jenner, Woods and Karanikolaou all mouthed. “Did you miss us? Cause we missed you.”

Jenner isn’t the only one putting past conflicts with Woods behind her. In a May episode of The Kardashians, Khloé shared in a confessional, “They’re always pinning the girls against one another and there’s actually no beef. I hate that you have to choose Team Jordyn or Team Kylie,” Khloé, 40, said.

She told her younger sister she didn’t want her to “have regrets” about how things went down with Woods and that she “never had an issue” with them staying friends.
