The Atlantic Health System Visiting Nurse Association Rummage Sale returns to the Far Hills Fairgrounds this weekend, a fundraiser for home health and hospice care of uninsured people.

The semi-annual event attracts thousands of bargain hunters from throughout the metropolitan area.

Parking will be available onsite and free. There will be additional free parking Friday and Saturday with nonstop shuttles until 4 p.m. at Moorland Farms at the corner of Route 202 and Liberty Corner Road (across from the Far Hills train station). Shuttle stops will be clearly marked with signs.

Proceeds from the sale help provide home care, hospice care, adult day and caregiver assistance services, including important programs uncompensated by Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance. The VNA also works with a carefully vetted group of charities following the sale to send unsold items to those in need both locally and around the world.
