    Decorator's Address Book is a monthly series in which our Interior Design team finds out where designers like to browse and shop for their projects. Each edition focuses on a different element of home decor to bring you the best expert-recommended stores.

    The August edition of Decorator's Address Book is all about furniture, the backbone of every room of the house. From characterful console tables to cozy, cocooning sofas, the need for furniture is impossible to avoid, and knowing where to find the best of the best can be quite overwhelming. Whether you prefer vintage and well-loved, high-end and bespoke, or simple and streamlined, it's important to know where to look.

    That's why we sat down with interior designers, who shared the best places to shop for furniture . With a wide range of local shops, national companies, and trade-specific sites, these are the top 23 places designers recommend for all your furniture shopping needs.
