The 3.3-acre equestrian compound, which was also previously owned by actor Will Rogers, sold for $14.044 million in July, and it's easy to see why it was so desirable. Built in the 1930s for Rogers, the estate consists of a single story main home, a staff house, a pool house, stables converted into a state-of-the-art home gym, and a newly constructed two-story guest house.

The entryway starts off strong with grand, white pillars and brick grounds, while the doors are painted a beautiful shade of dark green, matching the lush greenery surrounding the home.

Meanwhile, the living area mixes quiet luxury with organic modern sensibilities. Whites and woods unite harmoniously, with an oak door and brick fireplace juxtaposing against eggshell walls, a cream carpet, and elaborate candlestick scones. The room is a masterclass in mixing textures and layering similar colors.
