Well, people can bitch all you want. Blame the gun, blame the deranged individual, blame the parents.and even charge them. This will not stop the next one or the one after that. This school had a 30 min head start. There was two bills submitted by the right and we're blocked by the left. These school shooting have been going on since the late 1700's. They have been blasted all over the air ways from TV to the internet. Our government chimes in all the time and sends money everywhere but here. We need metal detection, armed security that's unseen, silent alarms and one way in. All class with a panic button.

How about we start with permanently banning anyone who makes threats of violence against school children, including those who bully others. There are plenty of other options for education that don’t give easy access to predators to commit violence against children. If you make threats, you’re out. You punch kids, you’re out. You bully people, you’re out. Very quickly, this crap would stop. If they’d done that already, this kid wouldn’t have shot anyone because he wouldn’t be there, and maybe he wouldn’t even have wanted to kill anyone because he wouldn’t have been bullied.
