HONOLULU (KHON2) — Occupying the former Outback Steakhouse space at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd, San Paolo Pizza and Wine offers a cultivated twist on classic favorites. Owner and Operator, Andre Alves De Moraes, and Juliana Dias, Chef of San Paolo Pizza and Wine joined Wake Up 2Day.

San Paolo Pizza & Wine is a unique concept restaurant offering a fusion of Italian and Brazilian flavors. Founded by Andre Moraes, who has a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and cultural exploration, San Paolo celebrates the strong Italian influence in Brazilian cuisine. For an extra layer of flavor and texture, they ferment their pizza dough for 48-72 hours. With a menu featuring a variety of pizzas, appetizers, and even dessert pizzas, San Paolo offers a delightful and unexpected culinary experience.

Leading the culinary team are two passionate chefs: a native Italian Chef and a

Brazilian Chef. Interestingly, the Italian Chef is currently back in Italy competing in a

prestigious pizza competition, showcasing his expertise on the world stage! With a

menu featuring a variety of pizzas, appetizers, and even dessert pizzas, San Paolo

offers a delightful and unexpected culinary experience.
