Hidden Gem Alert! | The Most Hawaiian Restaurant in Southern California 🌺🌴

HoosierLocalExplorers
This restaurant is right on the beach at Huntington Beach in Southern California, nestled next to the pier and facing the ocean. I went there as part of a team building event. Yes, our team building is that fancy! 😎 As the sunset's glow poured through the windows and ukulele music played in the background, the vibe was full Aloha—I felt like I was at Waikiki Beach! 🌴🌊 Every dish was impressive, but the absolute show-stopper, the one you can't stop eating, was their dessert: Kimo's original Hula Pie. If you order just one, you might end up fighting over it with your significant other 😂. The main ingredient is macadamia nut ice cream, topped with chocolate fudge and whipped cream—not too sweet, but so fragrant and you get the crunch from the nuts. One bite and you're instantly transported to Hawaii. 🍨🥜 Duke's is named after the Hawaiian legend Duke Kahanamoku, the father of modern surfing and a five-time Olympic medalist in swimming. The Duke's restaurant group has six locations, three in Hawaii and three in Southern California—Huntington Beach, Malibu, and La Jolla. This review is for the Huntington Beach spot. Whether it's a lazy weekend, a special day, or just missing Hawaii, this place is a great pick. 🌺✨ Duke's Huntington Beach 317 Pacific Coast Hwy Huntington Beach, CA 92648.
