Post Falls police seek help identifying burglary suspect linked to Ziggy's break-in
POST FALLS, Idaho—The Post Falls Police Department is asking for the community's help in identifying a burglary suspect. According to Post Falls police, the man was involved in a burglary at Ziggy's on June 25. He was last seen driving a large white SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Suburban, from model years 2007-2014.
Rathdrum man sent to prison for assaulting wife in front of children
RATHDRUM, Idaho – A Rathdrum man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for assaulting his wife in front of several children. According to the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office, the 38-year-old man beat his wife on Feb. 27 and a child in their home while he was already on probation for a separate crime committed in 2022.

Good Shepherd Celebrates New Location of Cancer Center
Physicians, staff and cancer survivors celebrated the new location of the Good Shepherd Cancer Center on Thursday. Board-Certified Hematologist & Oncologist Dr. Stephen Iacoboni helped get Good Shepherd Health Care System’s cancer center off the ground in early 2020, a few months after arriving at Good Shepherd. Until recently, the center was located on the second floor of the main hospital. The new location, on the main floor of the Good Shepherd Medical Plaza, is better suited for both patients and physicians, Iacoboni said.

EAGLE, Idaho — The city of Eagle recently became a non-sanctuary city after a recent city council decision, and that decision has left the city riddled with controversy. "What they're doing is they're sending a message to people who are undocumented here in Idaho, saying they are not welcome in their city limits. and so that has dangerous implications, " Estefania Mondragon, executive director for Poder of Idaho told KTVB Friday.

Pureflight Aviation to Open Flight School at Pocatello Regional Airport
Thursday, KPVI reported about the Pocatello City Council’s approval of a lease agreement with an Oregon based flight school to open a training center in eastern Idaho. Bannock Development Corporation and the city have spent the last 18 months working to get Pureflight Aviation. LLC to open a flight school at the Pocatello Regional Airport. Pureflight Aviation started in 1983 as Precision Aviation Training and now has locations in Newberg and Klamath Falls, Oregon.
