Hopkins County United Way dispersed additional funds totaling $42,638.77 to 15 local nonprofit organizations which received funds from the 2022-2023 fundraising campaign chaired by Emily Glass.

Checks were handed out to representatives from each of the organizations Tuesday, July 2, at the Hopkins County AgriLife Extension office in Sulphur Springs.

Glass briefly addressed the recipients, stating, “You do so much good for the people of Hopkins County. We’re honored to be able to give you more. Each non-profit listed serves people who live in Hopkins County — local dollars helping local people.”
