JCPenney is set to close four stores across the U.S., including one in New England, according to a report from RetailDive. No Massachusetts locations are set to be affected by the impending closures. But one store in New England will close — a location at Elm Plaza in Waterville, Maine. Sherry Connor has been indicted and arrested on multiple charges in connection with the death of a juvenile in Laconia, on Dec. 24, 2019, police say.
