ST. FRANCIS, Wis. - UPDATE: Police said he was found safe. A Silver Alert was issued for a missing 87-year-old Wisconsin man on Monday, July 22. The St. Francis Police Department said Vincent Koehler was last seen around 3 p.m. near Thompson and Caulfield. He is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds. He has white, short hair.

KENOSHA, Wis. - Kenosha police are asking for the public's help to identify a man they say twice robbed the same US Bank at 22nd Avenue and 18th Street.
