Man killed in Allendale fight identified
SHREVEPORT, La. - A man that was stabbed and killed in Shreveport's Allendale neighborhood late Friday has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office. Jamarcus Tarell Johnson, 41, died following an altercation outside a residence in the 1800 block of St. John Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:35 p.m.

APD arrest man for weapons violations
ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - Alexandria Police Department stated that an Alexandria man was arrested on Friday, July 26, for firearms violations. According to authorities, Victor Dauphiney, 28, was arrested in the 3400 block of Masonic Drive for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and for possessing a machine gun.
