Horry County inmate dies at hospital after ‘not feeling well’, coroner says
CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - A man being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center has died, according to officials. On Sunday morning, while a nurse was completing a medical check on an inmate he became unresponsive. Responding officers and medical staff “initiated life-saving measures” and called EMS, according to the Horry County Sheriff’s Sheriff’s Office.
