How you can help Larry Gill rebuild his home

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WETM) – A member of the Twin Tiers baseball community needs your help.

Horseheads Hitmen owner Larry Gill suffered a major setback over the past week. Severe storms brought a tree down on Gill’s home, rendering the building uninhabitable. Gill’s family has created a GoFundMe page, to help restore the home, and assist with the financial hardship caused by the storm.

Over the past 2 seasons, Gill and the Horseheads Hitmen staff have worked to expand the game of baseball in the area. In addition to bringing NYCBL baseball to Horseheads, Gill helped to improve and upgrade the Colucci-Williams Babe Ruth Field. Gill and his staff also offered all fans the chance to watch Hitmen home games for free, all season.
