AJ Lafont and Kason Lirette secured individual state championship titles, highlighting their exceptional skills. Additionally, three swimmers qualified to represent Louisiana at the upcoming Zone competition, further emphasizing their prowess and potential on a larger stage. This achievement reflects the hard work and commitment of the athletes and coaches, marking a significant milestone for the Thibodaux Regional Swim Team. AJ Lafont emerged as the state champion in the 50 Free for the 13-14 Male Division, while Kason Lirette claimed the state champion title in the 200 Free for the 9-10 Male Division. The Louisiana All-Star Zone qualifiers include AJ Lafont, Bree Usey, who is qualifying for the second year, and Hunter Gaubert.
